Choosing an office telephone system can be a daunting task. We show you how to select an office phone system that meets your needs. Many vendors can't translate phone speak into English; they will overload you with jargon until you just surrender and let them make the decisions. Not with Telecoms Direct! We provide a solution based on your needs, not ours.

Contact us today for a free consultation and quote, or continue browsing our online store which will hopefully be able to guide you through the task of choosing a suitable phone system to meet your own business requirements.

We have chosen a few of our best selling systems and explain why they are our customer's favorite phone systems.

The Panasonic KX-TES308 is our most popular small business phone system for start up and small business customers who require basic telephone functions such as Call Answering, Call Holding and Call Transfer.

The Panasonic KX-TES308 can be installed by the end user with a few basic wiring skills and can be programmed using a system display phone such as the KX-T7730 or by connecting the phone system to a PC using a USB connection and the software included with the KX-TES308 phone system.

The KX-T308 Telephone System will connect to a maximum of 3 Analogue Telephone Lines (PSTN) and will enable up to 8 extension telephones. The extension telephones can be a mix of the Panasonic KX-T system telephones and normal analogue (POTS) Telephones.

Many companies prefer to use the KX-T system phones with the Panasonic KX-TEA308 Telephone System becuase they have convenient function keys to enable easy use of the system and the system phones also have line presentation keys so users can see which line is ringing or easily select an external telephone line to make a call.

The Siemens BizIP business telephone system was one of the first Do-It-Yorself Voice Over IP telephone systems launched by a major phone system manufacturer. The BizIP is designed for small business users who want a recognised brand of telephone system that does not come with either an expensive price tag or expensive installation, maintenance and running costs.

The Siemens BizIP is a small business ISDN telephone system that will connect up to 2 ISDN2e telephone lines (4 channels) and up to 16 extension phones. The BizIP uses a company LAN (Local Are Network) to connect between the phone system and the system telephones, making installation quick and simple.

Once the Siemens BizIP system phones have been plugged into the LAN, they will automatically find each other and be able to communicate with each other without any configuration. The only configuration required is for the AD20 phone system device that is connected to via a Web Browser, where the end user can set up the ISDN telephone numbers, DDI routing, Ring Groups and Voicemail.

The BizIP also has 2 x analogue extension ports which are ideal for the connection of a fax machine, conference phone, DECT Phone, POTS telephone or any other analogue telephone device.
