Disty Box Analogue devices such as fax machines or telephones can be connected to DECT wireless systems using distybox. The distybox is the wireless link for connecting analogue terminals.Choose any location for your terminals (e.g. a fax machine) - there's no need to think about cabling issues. Further the distybox enables you to continue to use older ‘wired’ devices in a wireless environment. The distybox300 is GAP compliant and can be registered with virtually any DECT Base Station. It enables you to hook up analogue terminals such as fax machines, telephones, answering machines or modems (up to 9,600 bit/s) to any DECT/GAP telephone system wirelessly. Using the distybox, connected terminals can easily operate over two or even three floors of a building, for example (depending on building materials). Range: 300m (no obstructions to visibility). The Disty Base Duo is a 2 line DECT base station providing connection of 2 standard analogue telephone lines and 8 GAO compatible DECT telephones or the Disty Box 300 unit (for connection of wired analogue telephone devices). the Disty Base Duo is also ideal for providing wireless landline extensions for remote locations / outbuildings.
