Call Recorders for ISDN - The Adaptive CTI call recorders provide a competitive solution for call recording for ISDN2 and ISDN30 trunk lines. The Adaptive Call Recorder is connected betweeen the ISDN line and the PBX Telephone system and records all calls - all the telephone call recordings are then stored on a PC for easy archive storage and retrieval.

The Adaptive Call Recorder records all telephone calls that are made and received on ISDN telephone lines. Recordings are stored on a central PC and can be searched for and replayed. The functionality of the recorder depends on the software level chosen.

The Basic Level Provides the Following Functionality :-

- Record All Calls to PC Hard Disk
- All recordings are compressed with the ability to store up to 100 hours of recordings per 1GB of hard disk
- Ability to playback recordings on the recorder PC and to search for calls bt CLI, DDI, Time, Date and Duration
- SQL based database of calls
- Ability to play back calls for up to 90 days

The Standard Version will provide all the functionality of the Basic with the following addition

- Ability to play back calls regardless of age (subject to available storage on the recorder PC)

The Professional version will provide all the functionality of the Basic and Stard Versions with the following additions

- Ability to Export recordings to .WAV format
- Ability to encrypt calls to internationally recognised standards
